Diffuser Panels

Diffusion is an essential component of any balanced acoustic treatment.

Why use diffusion? 

Diffuser panels scattering incoming sound waves into smaller, lower energy waves, scattered over a large area. These scattered reflections create a homogeneous sound field distribution and a full, balanced acoustic response. This improves speech intelligibility, music quality, and creates a more uniform, larger sweet spot.

Our diffuser was developed using a variety of diffusion techniques. Inspired by traditional numerical sequence diffusers, it consists of asymmetrical multiple recessed wells where certain wells use a folded depth technique to enhance the mid diffusion range of the panel.

While the panel itself is a solid 50mm thick, the extended wells on the diffuser are designed to be effective at 160Hz and 400Hz, with a linear diffusion pattern from 700Hz upwards - giving our diffuser an unrivaled diffusion capacity for its size.
