Argo: Diffuser Panels

Diffusion is an important part of any well-balanced acoustic system.
Argo Diffuser is made up of asymmetrical multi-depth wells that use a folded-depth technique to boost the panel's mid-low diffusion range. Argo diffuser panels were created employing a variety of diffusion techniques. Inspired by classic numerical sequence diffusers, they are made up of asymmetrical numerous recessed wells, with some wells adopting a folded depth approach to boost the panel's mid-low to deep diffusion area.

The diffuser's expanded recesses are meant to be effective between 160Hz and 400Hz, with a linear diffusion pattern from 700Hz onwards, providing the Argo diffuser panels an unheard of diffusion capability for their size. When employed in larger arrays, the asymmetrical wells are placed in an optimized sequence to prevent lobing.

The Argo diffuser can go deeper and surpass any other diffuser in its class when combined with extended low-frequency diffusion - a genuinely unique approach to diffusion methods and a demonstrable performance advantage over typical QRD design.
